My first summer job was to help grade papers for a Calculus Class at a Community College in 1999. I was only 15, but a professor was so impressed by my aptitude, that I was able to be his TA. Since then, I have found that connecting with students offers me the deepest fulfillment. Through the years I have worked with a range of skill levels and age groups: developmentally disabled to elite prodigies – primary school students to adult professionals.
During my studies at NYIT’s 7-year medical program, I tutored Calculus, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English. I worked with Princeton Review & Kaplan for SAT/ACT Prep. Later I taught GRE and GMAT Math. For the last 6 years, I have been a Private Tutor full-time for high school and college level. I teach Geometry, Algebra, Precalculus, Calculus, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English. I also teach a few book clubs to help improve vocabulary, reading comprehension, and critical reading skills. I have also worked with a few Masters Students and PhD Candidates with comprehensive exams, dissertations, and defense.
